Hot For Teacher are a four piece classic rock covers band based in Northamptonshire covering songs from artists such as Cream, Free, Black Crowes, Thin Lizzy, Black Sabbath, Guns & Roses, ZZ Top and many more.

Following the departure of Jim from Reverend Drivetrain, Daz & Gaz, an experienced partnership on bass and drums, decided to continue working together and form another group. They soon located a replacement guitarist in Jamie, an experienced axeman having played guitar for 20 years in various bands, the most recent being Rusty Sheriffs. After relocating to Northamptonshire, Jamie soon found his way into the new line up, now renamed Hot For Teacher.

All that was needed now was a vocalist, and many were auditioned
and rejected, but last to come along was Andy, a solo artist and former
rock band frontman. His performance impressed Daz, Jamie & Gaz so
much they offered him the spot there & then. And so the line up was
complete.

Work began on composing the set, the idea was to build upon
the energy & power created by the Reverend Drive Train live
performances but spice it up with some new blood.
